The customer will receive the refund for the shipping charges also, if the return is a result of our error. We do not replace or refund titles that have been (1) specifically ordered by you and (2) titles ordered marked as procurable option on our site. .

The customer will be informed via e-mail about the refund once we have received and processed the returned item. This is applicable to the items that are returned to the store without receiving them. Items can be returned if they are in the original condition. A request for return has to be submitted within 30 days of dispatch of the items.
